The schedule for the 2019 Rocky Mountain Challenge is now final. With 39 teams (33 youth teams, 4 women's 7s teams, and 2 old boy side), this year's tournament ties the 2016 for the largest RCT in USA history. New to this year's tournament are the Girls Middle School competition, featuring 3 teams from across the western United States, and a 4-team Women's Club 7s qualifier. The host committee is delighted to showcase the women's game from middle school through adult levels, and looks forward to the girls youth teams packing the berm for the Women's Club 7s qualifier final at 3:30 pm on Saturday.
Tradition is restored on Sunday, June 16, as the Boys Tier I and Girls Tier I finals will take place simultaneously at 4:00 pm.
Founded in 2000, and first played in 2001, the Rocky Mountain Challenge is the original youth all-star tournament, and features teams from across the United States. The tournament is one of five tournaments designated as Regional Cup Tournaments by USA Rugby, and is the premier event for selection to the Boys and Girls All-American Teams.
