Tournament Rules for College Programs

Rules will be published by May 1, 2019. The general policy for programs is that they agree that all representatives must be wearing clearly-identifiable gear affiliated with the program, and that they respect Tournament Rules regarding player and coach contact. Programs that successfully follow Tournament Rules will be refunded $75 at the end of the event. Programs that fail to follow Tournament Rules will not receive their refund and are liable to sanction by USA Rugby and other rugby governing bodies.
